Symptoms

• The app keeps loading while connecting.
• The device is not shown.
• The connection drops unexpectedly.

Checks

1. Turn Bluetooth on.
2. Turn phone power-saving mode off.
3. Keep the phone close to the device.
4. Restart the app.
5. Restart the device.
